Organic and produced exclusively with our lemons (75 g of fruit per 100 g of product) and organic cane sugar, without artificial additives. It is a whole fruit jam, enriched with thin lemon peel that enhances its citrus aroma: intense, pleasantly tart and slightly bitter. Perfect for breakfast on toast, with fresh ricotta cheese or as a contrast on a platter of mature cheeses.
