\nReturn shipping costs are at the customer\u2019s expense. It is strongly recommended to use a traceable shipping method. The customer is responsible for the product until it is delivered to our warehouse.<\/p>\n
\nThe right of withdrawal applies only to products that are:
\n\u2022 unopened, unused, and undamaged;
\n\u2022 returned in original and sealed condition, with all accessories, labels, or packaging intact.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 bottles that have been opened or altered;
